No you can, you have no port forward to seed on. Mullvad got rid of any sort of listening port so any seeding is minimal and passive, and to boot it’s going to limit the sources you download from.
Overblown for 99% of torrent users.

can’t tell you how many times people bind their VPN without forwards and come here and complain their downloads are slow and ratios are shit. Considering for the same price you can get ports, get the ports.
