Unable to sign into NordPass. Error 2085. No master password or recovery code

Hello, everyone. I just bought incognito while it’s 40% off. Prob don’t need it, but I bought it anyways. I don’t have my master password, recovery code, and zero PDF files from NordVPN. I have NordVPN on Chromebook abd two android phones. I have gotten the error code 2085 multiple times. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled the app. I’ve submitted a ticket about the matter. In the help center, it says if I don’t have master pw or recovery code, use biometrics. I can’t get to the settings section of the app to reset master pw. Any way to work around this, or is it SOL?

Hi, have you tried using a different browser to login? I think I had this error on my chromebook, and I was able to login by switching chrome to DDG. Anyway, you will still need your master password or recovery code to unlock the app after you login. Unless you have not yet created your master password. If that is the case, you’ll be asked to create it after logging in.

Tried to resolve for over an hour, after uninstalling, I went to download the macOS app but saw Chrome browser extension. Added it and logged into Nord seamlessly. I’m not sure if other apps are connected to VPN but so far this is all I need. Hate the clunky client and Nord service even more for not resolving the issue.
