Lately I’m having trouble connecting to VPN via ProtonVPN and I just updated the app and now my username and subscription plan shows as unavailable and can’t even click on them. How do I fix it? I restarted the phone but still the same.
Delete the app to reset everything and download it again.
If you experience the issue again, please send us a bug report through the ‘Report an issue’ option in the app menu so we can investigate this further.
I’ve had this multiple times before. Logging out and back in fixes it

there’s no way to log out since the username shows as unavailable and can’t even click on it
Yeah there is a way go to the regular settings not under your profile and scroll all the way down there should be a log out option
