Use ProtonVPN instead, because Kaspersky VPN is run by Pango.
But why is it not working?
Do you have a US license key? Even if you’re not in the US, you might have an affected license key, which might impact whether it works. Can only guess though since the message in the screenshot doesn’t specify much. I suggest contacting technical support, they should be able to help.
