VPN recommendations needed

I am a high school student currently. i recently bought a new laptop as i will be graduating and attending college soon (hopefully).

all has been well except for the fact that my high school blocks (basically) all of the web traffic that doesnt come from school issued laptops. for now, i have solved this issue with protonVPN free, but some classes have required me to login and attend a zoom session, which the free version of protonVPN could not handle.

which vpn is the best for me? all i need is good speed and good price. nothing fancy.

i ended up choosing windscribe. i tested my internet speeds with and without the vpn. they were basically the same with a minor difference
