I can’t even enter my login. Click “log in” on the “online security starts with a click” opening app and the wheel spins then get login failed
I still can use Nord and my Internet on my phone, so it has to be something on my PC. I have disabled BitDefender antivirus, though I’ve been using Nordvpb for months with it enabled.
Any suggestions please, I can access the Internet currently because I had kill switch enabled and the internet won’t let me on without Nord.
Just had this issue. It’s infuriating because the error states “if this issue persists, contact our customer support” but there’s NO phone number to call them, despite the fact that this is not a free service, it’s something that costs money, so I’d expect a phone number to reach the support that they are telling me to contact.
I solved it on my own (Ik this post is a month old but I’m commenting my solution here in case someone has this problem in the future & finds this post). Leave the browser window open with the login button after pressing “Continue,” open Task Manager & find a Nord process in the first tab (Processes). Right-click & “Go to details,” & then kill every single Nord listing under that Details tab. Then press the link in your browser again. If it worked, the Nord client window should have a message to enable background processes & then after clicking Windows will have a UAC permission request.
Brother, i have been trying everything in the book for over an hour. Deleting app, watching YT vids, changing password, restarting computer and internet 5 times…. AND THIS WAS THE FIX.
